TECHNOLOGY

Ingeteam 61850 lab

Ingeteam's commitment to being at the technological forefront begins with its facilities, equipment and staff who are dedicated to designing, developing, simulating, manufacturing and testing our products.

A tangible example of this commitment is our communications laboratory completed in 2012. Here, Ingeteam's various product ranges for automating electrical grids are subjected to integrated solution tests under controlled conditions similar to in the field and with communications networks similar to the ones installed and with real configurations. The addition of this laboratory further assures the optimal functioning and integration of our systems.

Ingeteam has two RTDS (Real Time Digital Simulator) performing analytical power network simulations. Both protection and control devices and electronic gear can be connected to the simulated system in a closed circuit. Thus, the interaction among the electrical network and those devices can be analyzed in scenarios like those happening in the field.

PROJECTS

DIGITAS

Hazitek project whose main objective is to develop the necessary equipment to offer a fully digitalized substation automation solution prepared for a new exploitation scenario based on the use of data. Read flyer.

CINCOSEI

Project to apply innovation in the technologies and procedures of companies in the energy sector that are part of the consortium and provide their products with a high and demonstrable level of protection, allowing them to increase their competitiveness and position themselves. Read flyer.

AUTADIS

Project that aims to develop solutions for advanced distribution automation that meet the needs of the market in upcoming years, including electronic equipment, but also the sensors necessary to capture electrical values from the network. Iberdrola acts as financier and the project has a duration of 3 years.

IED_FLES

Hazitek project and co-financed with ERDF funds, which will allow obtaining a suitable platform for high-end Intelligent Electronic Equipment (IEDs) that widely surpass the previous platforms in power and functionality, providing an important competitive advantage. Read flyer.

TRUEVALSEC

Hazitek project and co-financed with ERDF funds. This project aims to align and promote the collaboration of the companies participating in the initiative to generate new innovative, verifiable and scalable cybersecurity technologies, which allow the construction of long-term solutions to meet the business challenges and competitiveness of the electronic sector in smart grids from the future.
