1. Hotline service

   The Hotline Service shall cover following assignments:

  • Support on failure identifications
  • Support on trouble shooting guidelines
  • Manage field service assistances
  • Support to define list of materials and tools to perform repairs

2. Spare parts management

  • Stock of Parts at each Service Center à Sized depending on the generators in operation in the region.
  • Warranty of supplied Parts:  twenty four (24) months starting to count on delivery of the part.
  • Full Spare Part Management on request.

3. Repair services

  • Generator Inspection.
  • Root Cause Analysis.
  • Generator Repair.
  • Implement state of the art repair procedures.
  • New Generator testing criteria.
  • 6 week standard repair lead time
  • Generators in stock upon request

4. Training services

  • Covered areas:
    • Generator Description
    • Quality Control - Test Bench
    • Maintenance during Storage & Installation
    • Commissioning and Start-Up
    • Preventive Maintenance - Recommended Program
    • Service Anomalies
    • Corrective Maintenance / Troubleshooting
    • Generator Bearing / Slip Ring replacement
  • Training Certificate issued
  • Generator instruction, start-up and maintenance manual.

5. Value added solutions

  • Electrical Diagnosis: Uptower Surge Testing Capability.
  • Mechanical Diagnosis: Uptower vibration monitoring equipment
  • End of Warranty Quality inspections
  • Engineering resources to implement design improvements

6. Health, safety and environment

  • INDAR shall qualify its own personnel according to local HSE requirements. 
  • INDAR shall qualify its own personnel according to CUSTOMER requirements.
